We didn’t run that far tonight – only about 3 miles, which is probably the least distance I’ve run during a running club session, but our coach Sharon had us doing some brutal fartlek exercises ON GRASS – ow ow ow! Absolutely knackering! We also did some core work and other exercises in the park, followed by some yoga stretches back at the gym.
With the run to the gym and the run back again, I covered 5.1 miles, which isn’t too bad I suppose. I think I’m going to be sore in the morning after lunging and planking though!
Had to upload the first bit of my run to Strava manually as my Garmin didn’t start for some reason, grr.
